We are looking for a process developer and analyst expert who does not just build TODO lists but thinks in business systems and end-to-end processes.
If you enjoy designing systems, setting up CRMs, automating workflows, and handling integrations when needed, this is the place for you.
✅ Skills you have
- relevant experience in PM/CRM implementations or setups,
- confidently use ClickUp (or relevant other PM tool) for complex systems, not just task management,
- project management mindset (scope, statuses, responsibilities, reports),
- think from a business perspective, not just technical setup,
- experience with automation/integration tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.),
- comfortable with multitasking (managing 5-10 smaller projects in parallel),
- enjoy client communication and planning solutions based on their needs,
🎯 Your responsibilities
- map client processes (process analysis, interviews, workshops),
- design and configure ClickUp-based systems: sales pipeline, CRM, project management, HR processes, financial/admin workflows,
- create custom fields, workflows, automations, dashboards,
- apply ClickUp best practices for scalable structures,
- build low-code automations in n8n (ClickUp ↔ external systems),
- plan and implement integrations (e.g., invoicing, email, forms, CRMs),
- design and implement AI agents,
- train clients and prepare documentation,
- participate in digital strategy and system architecture planning,
🚀 Additional factors we appreciate
- experience as an business analyst,
- familiarity with SaaS integrations,
- basic API knowledge,
- background in business analysis (BA) or process management,
- knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.),
- English and German language skills,
